I decided to take up Pilates while I was waiting to be seen by a consultant for back pain and I have been attending Caroline’s classes for 9 months. 

The classes have made a big difference to my pelvic stability and core strength and Caroline has really helped by identifying my weak areas and giving me advice on how I can work on these at home; the pain from my back has greatly reduced. 

Caroline is a kind and understanding teacher and I would recommend her classes to anyone.

I had never done Pilates before attending Caroline’s class but wanted to improve my flexibility. Caroline was extremely welcoming and put me at ease immediately. 

She often provides an alternative / easier option of doing exercises for the less experienced in her classes. I am very pleased to say my flexibility is greatly improved. 

Caroline is a professional and friendly instructor and I really enjoy attending her classes.
