Throughout my extensive professional career in dance, Pilates has always been my ‘go to’ alternative method of exercise. It has helped to keep me injury-free and has kept me connected with mind and body throughout my Dance journey. Something I could take with me all over the world.
After retiring as a professional Ballet dancer in 2015 I wanted to learn more about the Pilates method and knew this was the path I wanted to take to help others embrace the benefits that I have felt over the years.

I embarked on my Pilates training at Body Control in Holborn London with Lynne Robinson - ‘the face of Pilates’. Learning how to mobilise the joints in such a way changed my perspective on how to exercise properly. Learning how to perform the correct Biomechanics of each movement to find the correct alignment is an investment for life and certainly a passion of mine to spread the word!
I am in my fifth year of teaching and have taught all ages and abilities from all different kinds of backgrounds. I teach a number of people who are in injury rehab and my professional dancing experience gives me a good understanding of the stresses and strains put on our bodies throughout our lives and I enjoy helping others benefit from exercising safely
