Welcome to my website where you will find all the information you need to join one of my friendly Pilates classes in Chelmsford.
Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities and everyone is welcome to our classes. We have a selection of one-to-one and group sessions to choose from so you will find something that suits your own personal needs.
Regular Pilates will improve your general fitness and posture whilst toning all of your body muscle groups. Pilates helps strengthen the connection between mind and body improving mental wellbeing and concentration.

Start the year strong and be the best version of yourself through Pilates classes.
I will be thrilled to guide you on a transformative journey to enhanced strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Classes for 2024 start up on Monday 8th January 2024 at 10am for an hour and then every Monday after that at 10am.
Sessions are held at the Church of Our Saviour, Ashton Place, Chelmer Village CM2 6ST.
If you are brand new to my classes, you can use coupon code TRIAL50 at the checkout to get your first session for half price so at £4 there's no reason not to give it a go!

If you have your own mat then please bring it along otherwise there will be spare mats for the session.
